What amenities are offered at The Strand?
With first-class residences come first class amenities. You'll find we've spared no expense when it comes to offering the utmost in luxury and convenience. From the lavish 2nd floor pool deck with a heated pool and spa, a fire pit for cozy, nighttime gatherings, and elegantly appointed poolside cabanas, to the conveniently located pet park and a barbecue station overlooking the pool.

The Strand also has a fitness center with steam rooms and a yoga room, a comfortable and spacious resident's club and with a caterer's kitchen and lounge overlooking the pool, a recreation room, onsite concierge, a lobby art gallery, a board room/business center, and distinctive street level shopping.

On the occasion that you have more guests than you can house in your spacious condo, we provide a fully furnished guest apartment that is sure to rival any five-star accommodations.

How is the security?
The Strand knows how important security is to our residents. Because your peace-of-mind is a priority of ours, we offer 24-hour, manned security, which means that even after hours, our guard will have a hand held monitoring device, and will be patrolling around The Strand's common areas. Also, residents will have an electronic swift key to access the building. Without your swift key, there is no access. So rest assured knowing that your exclusive residence is just that, exclusively yours.

What parking facilities are available?
The Strand offers reserved covered parking for all residents. There will be appointed parking areas with each unit (1 per city home/condominium and 2 per penthouse). An overflow parking area is located to the back of the building that will also be available to accommodate residents' guests.

Is there a generator system?
With weather as unpredictable as Florida's, the last thing we want you to worry about is comfort and safety in the event of a storm. The Strand utilizes a state-of-the-art generator system that will provide continuous power to the common areas and life safety systems in case of an area power outage. The gas generator will also provide power to each individual residence, which will enable our owners to enjoy service on select circuits including your refrigerator and select outlet and lighting circuits. Being that the Strand is a gas community, your cooking stove will continue to function despite a power outage. Hot water will also be readily available for our residents' convenience as the Strand has a centralized gas powered hot water boiler. So no matter what the situation is outdoors, you'll continue to eat, bathe, and live safely and comfortably in your home at The Strand.
